Pre-Trip Questionnaire
All guests are required to provide some personal information prior to joining us. In order to best prepare for your groups’ arrival, we request that each individual attending complete their own Pre-Trip Questionnaire form. Please also submit a separate questionnaire form for any attending child.

Fishing Licence
A Canadian Tidal Water Sport Fishing Licence is required for every guest (all ages). You’ll need to print a copy and bring it with you to the Lodge.
Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) issue all Pacific Tidal Waters Sport Fishing licences electronically through the National Recreational Licensing System. New Pacific Tidal Waters Sport Fishing Licences and Salmon Conservation Stamps are available for purchase effective April 1, annually. Once you register, you will also be able to replace a lost licence or renew future licences through NRLS.
Boating Licence
Anyone operating a boat in Canada must possess a Pleasure Craft Operator Card or attend a Boating Safety Orientation prior to leaving the dock.
Self-guided guests, at all times, should be in possession of a Pleasure Craft Operators Card (study guide/test available online) and Tidal Waters Sport Fishing Licence while in their boat. Alternatively, they will need to attend a Boating Safety Orientation upon arrival. The individual(s) must initial each step of the prescribed orientation form, verifying that they have been suitably instructed in the safe operation of a small watercraft. The complete form must be signed by a QCL representative and the guest(s) must be in possession of this form and their fishing licence at all times while in their boat.
