There is currently no cell reception at the Lodge though there is Wi-Fi available across property.
We do our best to accommodate allergies and dietary requirements. Kindly inform our team as far in advance to your trip as possible and include these details when completing your Pre-Trip Questionnaire. Our team of culinary professionals will prepare alternatives as required.
QCL offers many options when it comes to packaging of your catch, including Home Delivery. Options will be detailed to you, on the dock, by our Fish Concierge. Or, review information online under Fish Processing Services.
To ensure best availability, we recommend guests pre-book Twin Creek Spa treatments and dinner reservations (Bell Ringer Seafood Boil and The Buoy) prior to arrival.
Bookings can also be made on-site though availability is limited.

While all the necessities for your trip are covered, there are for-purchase items. These items can include alcoholic and specialty beverages, tobacco, sundries, dining experiences, spa treatments, retail shop purchases, specialty packing/processing and delivery of your catch.
Purchases made throughout your stay can be charged to your room account, which is settled on the morning of your departure. Cash, Visa, MasterCard or American Express are accepted forms of payment.
On the final morning of your trip, visit the Front Desk located in the Main Lodge for your invoice. All charges from your room account are listed for review.

Gratuities should be based on the level of service provided. As we frequently receive inquiries on gratuities, we offer the following guidelines.
- Guides — while amounts vary, gratuities generally start at $250 per trip per guided guest
- General Staff (All team members, with exception to guides + Twin Creek Spa crew) — while amounts vary, gratuities generally start at $300 per guest for the trip
- Twin Creek Spa — while amounts vary, gratuities generally range between 18-25% of the treatment cost
